Dr. Tiwari is fellowship trained orthopedic upper limb, Hand, micro vascular Reconstructive and Brachial Plexus surgeon.


He is graduated from MKCG medical College Berhampur Orissa followed by he joined residency in orthopedics in Bharti Vidya Peeth medical college Pune. Within few days of joining residency, he encountered a 12-year-old girl who had amputation of her right upper limb from arm level and replanted by Hand surgeon. She underwent 10-hour long procedure and limb saved.


Dr. Tiwari is fellowship trained orthopedic upper limb, Hand, micro vascular Reconstructive and Brachial Plexus surgeon.


He is graduated from MKCG medical College Berhampur Orissa followed by he joined residency in orthopedics in Bharti Vidya Peeth medical college Pune. It was fascinating and that was day Dr. Tiwari decided that he will become Hand Surgeon. He completed his residency in 2012. As he has very intense desire for teaching, he joined Jehangir Hospital Pune as lecturer to teach DNB students. It was dream come true when he got opportunity to join MGR university fellowship in one of the best institutes of the world i.e., Ganga Hospital Coimbatore in Hand surgery.

It was a place where he learned all kind of microvascular procedures, Brachial plexus surgery, reconstruction of complex upper and lower limb injuries. After completion of fellowship, he returned back to Pune and joined Upper limb and sports medicine fellowship in Jehangir Hospital where he learned wrist, elbow and Shoulder arthroscopy. He got another opportunity in the form of clinical fellowship in Hand Surgery in National University Hospital Singapore for 1 year. Where he got training from various world’s most renowned hand surgeons. He returned back to India in March 2017 and joined as Consultant in upper limb and Hand surgery in Regency Hospital Kanpur UP. He chose this place reason behind lack of dedicated hand surgeon and providing hand surgery services to needy one.

Currently he is treating all kind of hand ailments, Replantation, complex Hand trauma, vascular injuries, Nerve surgeries, Brachial plexus surgeries, wrist arthroscopy, Congenital hand anomaly, complex upper and lower limb microvascular reconstruction including free flaps.
